A version of the natural PTFE reinforced with 25% glass fiber. It has greeter rigidity, dimensional stability and smaller creeping in comparison with the “natural” PTFE.
Unreinforced, unfilled version. Especially used in positions under small mechanic stress where the objective is resistance to chemicals, lining or small friction. It can be manufactured using various technologies, which influence the size selection.
Similarly to DOCAMID 6G H, this modified structure (polymer/polymer composite) PA 6 product has favorable toughness, fatigue strength, flexibility properties among the more rigid cast products. It has the favorable properties of both pure, extruded and cast polyamides. Its typical field of application is rollers and various teethed machine parts.
In comparison with HD 500 it is extremely hardy even under –200°C and its abrasion wear resistance is better.
DOCALENE HD1000 ELS
It has the best abrasion wear resistance and toughness. Electrically conductive material, protected against UV radiation. Surface resistance is 103 - 105 Ω.
All these properties make it extremely popular in all areas from the electronic industry to material handling.
DOCALENE HD1000 R
It contains partially recycled materials. The mechanical and economic characteristics are between those of HD 500 and HD 1000.
Due to moderate mechanical characteristics, it is used in locations subjected to lesser stress, it is highly economical.
DOCALENE HD300 ELS
It has improved heat resistance. Electrically conductive PE version. Surface resistance is 103 - 105 Ω. Often used in ectronics and microelectronics for housing and cover parts.
It offers an ideal combination from the aspect of rigidity, toughness, mechanical damping and abrasion wear resistance. It is readily weldable, as well. Besides the applications in food industry (certified), it is used in mechanical, chemical and electric industry, as well.
Like the Vetronit EP 105 it is sandwich laminate based on epxi resin glassfabric coverlayers and an epoxi paper core. CEM-1 according to NEMA. Increased flexural strength and electrical insulation (similar to FR4).
Phenol resin and paper filler composite material. (Plates: EN 60893, PF CP 201, DIN 7735, HP 2061)
Often used as insulators in transformers and connecting devices, covers and inserts.
