CDM 68.610 ESD
Composite material made of glass mat combined with a high mechanical resistance resin system. Heat resistant up to 300 °C and electrically conductive. The random glass mat substrate minmizes the delamination during machining.
DOCA-ABS
Basic version, in rod and board design. Good cutting, electroplating, adhesive bonding, thermoforming properties. Durable for use between -40° to + 80°C. For a brief period, it can tolerate temperatures around 100°C.
DOCA-ABS R
Coloured version of natural ABS having regenerated materials as well.
DOCA-PPE
Unfilled, unreinforced polyphenylene-ether. Excellent resistance to hydrolysis, negligible water absorption. Excellent resistance to acids, basis. Good heat and ageing resistance. Widely used from electronic applications to auto industry, due to the excellent combination of mechanical properties and chemical stability.
DOCA-PPE GF30
The favorable properties of natural PPE are complemented with a greater degree of rigidity, dimensional stability and hardness.
DOCA-PVDF
Crystalline, unreinforced polyvinylidene-fluoride (PVDF). Apart from its good, mechanical, heat and electric properties, its resistance to chemicals is outstanding.
DOCA-PVDF ELS
On request. PVDF reinforced with carbon fibres. Esd material. Excellent chemical resistance. Due to the carbon fibres the dimensioal stability is also improved. Surface resistivity: 104 Ω.
DOCACETAL C
The extruded, unfilled copolymer version among polyoxymethylenes. This type of POM has a better resistance to heat ageing than POM-H, and it is resistant to hydrolysis and strong bases, as well. Available colors in limited dimension: blue, yellow, green, red.
DOCACETAL C ELS
Due to the conducting filler material in the basic POM C matrix structure, this product can conduct electrical charges. In comparison with “natural” POM C, the volume and surface resistance of the product is smaller by four – five degrees of magnitude.
DOCACETAL C Esd

DOCACETAL C GF25
Due to the glass fiber filling, the mechanical characteristics of POM C are different. The product is more rigid and has better dimensional stability than the “natural” version.
DOCACETAL C ID
Inductively detectable. POM C base matrix with detectable filler. Good toughness and strength. Good resistance to cleaning agents.
