In injection moulding, there is an increasing expectation of defect-free production, or more specifically, that defective products are not included in the products distributed. This is achieved by highly controlled production, automatic piece-by-piece inspection of products and the elimination of defective parts. A variety of tools are available to processors to achieve zero defect production.
