Yes, we can cut to size on an individual request basis, typically within 1-3 working days. For example, you do not have to buy the whole slab, smaller cuts are also available. For slabs, the typical cut length is 1000 mm, as this is the most common slab width. Our machines can produce rectangular cuts. From smaller diameter rods and tubes, we can only supply whole metre lengths, but for larger diameters we can also cut them. Ask for a quotation for the possibilities!
The price of the cut depends on the material, the number of cuts, size and quantity. We will provide you with an individual quote including the cutting fee.
The products we sell are semi-finished products. This means that they do not have the dimensional accuracy required for finished parts, but require machining. Manufacturing tolerances are defined by the standards for the material. Custom cut parts are cut with allowance to ensure that the required size is produced by the cutter. The cutting tolerances we undertake are 0/+1 mm up to 1000 mm, 0/+2 mm up to 2000 mm. If you would like a different tolerance - e.g. cutting without a seam allowance - please let us know!
Of course we do: from small parcels to full boards and pallets, we deliver using a range of courier companies that provide us with a bespoke service. If you require delivery, please make sure you indicate this when requesting a quote.
Products can be exchanged in certain cases under specific conditions. In such cases we can credit 70% of the price of the returned products. We are not able to do this in the case of a custom cut, custom made or imported product.
You can pay in advance by bank transfer, by postal transfer in case of an individual agreement, by credit card or cash in case of collection at our premises, or by cash on delivery.

We try to help with the tools and instruments available on our premises, with the addition that in some cases a more complex, external laboratory test may be required for identification, the terms of which are agreed on an individual basis.
We need information on the exact application and the expectations of the material. These include the application temperature, the medium (e.g. chemical, water, oil, dust, etc.), the mechanical load, the abrasion and friction (what material is in contact with, at what speed, etc.), the electrical and thermal insulation requirements, indoor or outdoor use, etc.
In some cases this is possible for materials purchased from us. We welcome your enquiries. Please send us a technical drawing of the part you require.
