Main areas of use: 
It can be used for the manufacturing of bearing, gear wheels and presses, heavy planing machines, sliding inserts of frame saws and other machine parts subjected to high stress, as well as material handling surfaces, engine foundations, equipment bodies. Generally readily applicable in situations where the dimensional stability and compressive strength of general, technical, thermoplastic materials are not satisfactory.
Machining technology: 

Cutting (turning, milling, drilling, sawing): traditional metalworking hard metal, diamond can be used only in sharp design. Personal protective equipment is recommended during use or machining, inhalation of the dust must be avoided for health reasons.
Adhesive bonding: Feasible.

Molded plates
Color: black

Composite material made of glass mat combined with a high mechanical resistance resin system. Heat resistant up to 300 °C and electrically conductive. The random glass mat substrate minmizes the delamination during machining.

Like the Vetronit EP 105 it is sandwich laminate based on epxi resin glassfabric coverlayers and an epoxi paper core. CEM-1 according to NEMA. Increased flexural strength and electrical insulation (similar to FR4).

Phenol resin and paper filler composite material. (Plates: EN 60893, PF CP 201, DIN 7735, HP 2061)
Often used as insulators in transformers and connecting devices, covers and inserts.

Rods according to DIN 7335 Hgw 2088 (PF CC 42), plates to DIN 7335 Hgw 2082 (PF CC 201) NEMA „C” and tubes to DIN 7335 Hgw 2085 (PF CC 22) are produced. Cresol formaldehyde resin reinforced with textile fabric.

Color: natural, black

The material is self-extingwishing, classified as inflammable version of G10, category FVO. Modified nonalkaline glass fabric reinforced epoxi resin. Plates according to DIN - EN 60893 (EPGC 202), DIN 7735 (Hgw 2372.1), NEMA (FR-4). Good mechanical and electro-insulating properties.

Modified nonalkaline glass fabric reinforced epoxi resin. Plates according to DIN - EN 60893 (EPGC 201), DIN 7735 (Hgw 2372), NEMA (G10). Good mechanical and electro-insulating properties. High climatic resistance. Heat resistance: class B (110°C)

Modified nonalkaline glass fabric reinforced epoxi resin. Plates according to DIN - EN 60893 (EPGC 308), DIN 7735 (Hgw 2372.4), NEMA (G11). Good mechanical and electro-insulating properties. High climatic resistance. Comparing to G10, it has better heat resistance and dimension stability.

General use plate material for electrotechnical processes. Glass mat based poyesther resin composite, UTR grade. (NEMA LI-1 GPO-3, IEC 60893 UPGM 203). Flame and arc/track resistant electrical insulator. Low smoke and toxicity. Heat resistance class: B (155ºC)
